Abdulla Alish.

Born on September 15, 1908, in Kuyuki, Tatarstan, the journalist is a well known Tatar author of children’s books. Serving as a soldier in 1941, he is captured by the Germans and belongs to the circle of Tatar resistance fighters around Musa Dzhalil. He is murdered on August 25, 1944, in Plötzensee.
